Shelly Martinez

Assistant to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs

Shelly Martinez assists Janet A. Weiss, Associate Provost for Academic Affairs by working with multiple offices throughout the university on a broad range of academic issues. She also coordinates multiple projects that are conducted through the Office of the Provost and is a member of several University committees.

Dr. Martinez has been with the University since 1994, and in her current position since January 2001. Before coming to the Office of the Provost, Dr. Martinez worked as an intern for the National Research Council, and completed her Ph.D. in Developmental Neuropsychology from the University of Michigan.
