Regents Meeting

Policies and Reservation Form
Please read policies carefully before filling out reservation forms.

Electronic presentation equipment and assistance is available. Must be scheduled in advance of Regents Meetings. Michigan Marketing and Design provides primary support for Regents Meetings. Information Systems Shared Support (ISSS) provides secondary support.

Day of Regents Meeting: Michigan Marketing and Design will provide computer/video projection services and monitor audio signals for meeting presenters beginning one hour prior to Regents Meeting and extending thirty minutes after the meeting.

Test/Rehearsal for Regents Meeting: Michigan Marketing and Design will provide computer/video projection services and monitor audio signals for meeting presenters who require assistance for a test/rehearsal in the Regents Room.

Scheduling a Rehearsal: Regularly scheduled rehearsals are one day prior to Regents meetings from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. Enter time between 9 and 12.
