Which Sites provide Computing Assistance?

Several Campus Computing Sites are staffed with computer consultants. These consultants can answer Basic Computing Package (BCP) and Sites-related computing questions to help you work more effectively in the Sites computing environment. The Campus Computing Sites that have staff are Angell Hall and the School of Education (SEB). Consulting times may vary at the school and college sites that offer assistance; check with the specific site for more information.

Basic Computing Package:
ITCS' Basic Computing Package for 2008 provides a set of fundamental computing services to all registered students, faculty, and regular staff on the Ann Arbor campus. The 2008 BCP includes file space in IFS (10 GB), file space for e-mail (2+ GB), a printing quota per term (400 pages for students, 50 pages for faculty and staff). In addition, the per-page price of laser printing if you exceed your allocation is $0.06 per page.

Additional information about the 2008 Basic Computing Package, including allotments for faculty and staff, can be found on ITweb at http://www.itd.umich.edu/your-account/bcp.intro.html
