There are five primary teams working on the MCommunity Project:
The Sponsor Team is sponsoring the project and overseeing its efforts at a high level.
The Core Team is charged with implementation of the new directory and related services.
The Technical Resource Team is made up of people who support and complement the Core Team with their subject matter expertise.
The Governance Board is responsible for interpreting and communicating policies and guidelines for the data as related to Enterprise Directory Services usage.
The Alpha Test Team will do early testing of MCommunity subsytems.
