Configuring Outlook Express for the ITS Exchange Service
This document is for those who prefer to access the ITS Exchange Service using the IMAP e-mail client Outlook Express, available in Windows 2000, XP, and 2005 Server. With Windows Vista, Windows Mail replaced Outlook Express.
Please understand, however, that you will only receive maximum benefit from your Exchange account by configuring Microsoft Outlook (Windows) or Entourage (Macintosh) for Exchange. Refer to Additional Resources for information on setting up those two programs for Exchange.
NOTE: Some campus units including the Business School, Business and Finance/MAIS, and Institute for Social Research (ISR) offer their own services that may require different configuration information.
