IF YOU'RE SWITCHING FROM POP TO IMAP: After you make the change, you many need to look for your mail under the Mailbox menu in <<name of the account>> Inbox. (The account name might be "Dominant," or, depending on how you have your mail set up, it might be called something else.)

WARNING! Users have reported that, in some cases, replacing existing settings in Eudora with the settings for U-M mail results in the old mailbox being overwritten. We therefore recommend that if you are reconfiguring your copy of Eudora to switch from a non-U-M mail account to the mail service provided by ITS, that you make a backup copy of your Eudora folder before changing your settings. Another option is to create a new Eudora "personality" for each of your mail accounts. See Eudora's documentation or built-in Help for details about using personalities.
