What is my e-mail quota?

Your e-mail quota is the amount of storage space you have in your mailbox for messages. ITCS offers two e-mail services (IMAP e-mail and Exchange), and each has a different quota.

ITCS IMAP E-Mail Quota

  • 2 GB of storage for messages.

ITCS Exchange Service Quota

  • 500 MB of storage for messages in a basic Exchange mailbox. Additional space is available for a fee. (See Exchange Quota Information.)
