Where can I get help with e-mail?
The ITCS consultants can answer your questions about e-mail. Contact them by sending e-mail to online.consulting@umich.edu or phoning (734) 764-HELP, Option 2.
To report e-mail that you suspect is in violation of the University's Proper Use Policy, send e-mail to the Information Technology (IT) User Advocate at itua@umich.edu. See the User Advocate web page for more information.
For help with questions about your account, contact the ITCS Accounts Office by sending e-mail to itcs.accounts.office@umich.edu or phoning (734) 764-8000, Option 3.
