Why aren't I asked for a password?

You are either:

  • running the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system

  • using a Palm OS Treo

  • running a version of Windows Mobile 5.0 earlier than 5.1.195

We believe the Messaging Security and Feature Pack (MSFP) implemented in Windows Mobile 5.0 version 5.1.195 is very important to your security. We highly recommend you upgrade your Windows Mobile 5.0 device as soon as your wireless Internet service provider (ISP) — such as Verizon or Sprint — makes it available.
