Exchange General FAQ: Calendaring
How can I delegate ot share my calendar?
By delegating, you can give another person access to any of your Exchange folders, including Calendar, Mail, Tasks, and Contacts. For example with the right permissions your delegate can maintain your calendar, propose and accept meetings, and send e-mail on your behalf. You can also allow multiple people and restrict each individual's access rights.
CAUTION! When you delegate your calendar, you automatically provide your delegate with send-on-behalf-of-you e-mail rights. If you do not want this, you should share your calendar instead.
Find out how to delegate or share using Outlook (Windows).
