How do I add an e-mail meeting proposal into my Exchange calendar?

Outlook (Windows)
- In your Inbox, click on the e-mail message and drag it onto the Calendar icon (bottom left of the window).
- When you let go, a new appointment will open with the email message in the notes area.
- Set the start and end dates/times of the meeting.
Entourage (Mac)
- In your Inbox, select the e-mail message.
- Under the Tools menu:
- select Link to New.
- from the pop-out menu, select Calender Event.
- Create a new meeting and save it.
- To view the link:
- in the e-mail message, click the link icon.
- in your calendar:
- double-click the meeting.
- in the meeting window, click Link in the tool bar.
