About UsProgram BackgroundITCS Education Services is dedicated to providing quality computer training and education to the University of Michigan faculty, staff, and students and any others in the larger community who want to learn with us. We measure our success by your success. We want our learners to not only master the technical skills they desire, but to be able to put their new skills to work for them. If you enroll in our workshops, we will work with you to make sure that you not only learn what you want to learn, but that you can apply your new skills to work more productively. Our instructors have varied backgrounds and wide-ranging interests. They are enthusiastic and experienced trainers who enjoy using their skills to help you get the maximum benefit from the information technology you use.
