ITCS E-Mail Resources

ITCS offers two e-mail services:

ITCS IMAP Mail

This is the basic e-mail service available at no cost to students, faculty, and regular staff as a part of the University’s Basic Computing Package.

ITCS Exchange

Members of participating departments can use this charged-for Microsoft service that provides e-mail, calendaring, and other features.

Other Campus E-Mail Resources

Some U-M schools, colleges, departments, and units offer other e-mail services to their faculty, staff, and students. Check with your departmental administrator.

Viruses in E-Mail

Virus Filtering
E-mail sent to you at your "@umich.edu" address that contains an attachment is checked for viruses at the U-M e-mail gateway.
