If you are planning to host a conference or program that requires ITS Computing Resources, this information is for you.
The Accounts Office will assign temporary uniqnames and passwords to conference participants.
Participants that are registered students or regular faculty/staff will use their current standard computing services. Don't include them in your list of participants.
Temporary uniqnames and passwords expire on the date you specify, and the users will no longer have access to U-M systems using those uniqnames and passwords at that point.
You can choose from among three different IT packages, which are described below. It is important to note that the University Libraries charge for printing on their computers. Please take this into account if you plan to use Library computers for printing.

* Basic access to computing services means you can use an ITS Campus Computing Site or University Library machine.
** Program sponsor will be responsible for payment for printing over 100 pages at 6¢ per page.
