ITCS Accounts Office Conference/Program Information
If you are planning to host a conference or program that requires ITCS Computing Resources, this information is for you.
- The Accounts Office will assign I.D. numbers and passwords to conference participants.
- Participants that are Registered Students or Regular Faculty/Staff will use their current BCP package. Don't include them in your list of requested I.D.s.
The I.D. numbers and passwords that are distributed to conference participants will be deleted from the U-M system within 24 hours of the last day of the conference, and the user will no longer have access to the U-M system using those numbers and passwords at that point.
You can choose from among three different IT packages. Package prices range from $7.50 for basic access to $17.50 for access, printing and a U-M e-mail box. For additional details, please see the package descriptions below. It is important to note that the University Libraries charge for printing on their computers. Please take this into account if you plan to use Library computers for printing.

* Basic access to computing services means you can use an ITCS Campus Computing Site or University Library machine to access the web and your own (non-U-M) e-mail account.
** Program sponsor will be responsible for payment for printing over 100 pages at 6¢ per page.
