To fix your Certificate problem in Eudora (v7.0/7.1), please follow the instructions below:

 

Click on the links below to download/save the two Certificates to your DESKTOP

 

UTNAddTrustServerCA.crt

 

AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt

 

Eudora Certificatt installation instructions:

 

1) After downloading, launch Eudora, and attempt to send an email. When you get the Certificate error, choose NO. Exit and do not save the message. Additionally, make sure that there are NO messages still trying to be sent in the Outbox.

 

2) Click on TOOLS, OPTIONS, then choose the SENDING EMAIL category on the left

 

3) Click on the 'Last SSL info' button

 

4) click on the 'Certificate Information Manager'

 

5) click on the 'Import Certificate' button, and import each Certificate from the Desktop (or saved location)

 

6) Click DONE, OK, OK - Exit, and restart Eudora
