You can send and receive e-mail with the ITCS Exchange Service. But there's much more! When used collaboratively with other Exchange users, you can:

•  maintain and share calendars•  keep track of and share tasks
•  create and share notes•  maintain and share contacts

However, you'll never see Exchange on your computer. That's because it's maintained on a server.

To access Exchange's powerful features when you're on campus, we recommend the following Microsoft Office programs:

  • For WINDOWS XP Professional and VISTA Enterprise/Ultimate: Outlook 2003 SP1 or Outlook 2007
  • For MAC OS X: Entourage 2008 recommended over Entourage 2004
